Suddenly on Friday, June 24, 2005, Francis T. Plichta, 78 of Avalon. Beloved husband of Margery (O'Donnell); father of Catherine (William) Wunch, Joseph (Maureen) Plichta, John (Jocelyn) Plichta, Mary Ellen (Peter) Mahoney & Nancy Plichta; brother of James Plichta; grandfather of Jacob, Joshua, Brendan, Andrew, Gabriel & Madelyn. Frank was a WWII Veteran and a retired Letter Carrier. Friends received Sat. 7-9 pm and Sun. 1-4 & 7-9 pm at the LAWRENCE T. MILLER FUNERAL HOME, INC., A PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE AWARD FIRM, 460 Lincoln Ave., Bellevue. Mass of Christian Burial Church of the Assumption, Monday 11 am. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Assumption School, 35 N. Jackson Ave., Bellevue, PA 15202.
