Gloria Douglass

Gloria Dean Douglass, 71, a resident of Gary, Indiana. She was a 1964 graduate of Froebel High School. She received her Undergraduate and Master's Degree in Nursing from Purdue University. She also received an Associate Degree in Religion from Calumet College and an Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology from Indiana University. She is a faithful member of New Revelation Missionary Baptist Church, where she served as Secretary of General Missions, gospel chorus member, Ruth Circle, hospitality committee, worked and planted flowers for the beautification of the church. Gloria loved attending Sunday school. Gloria leaves to cherish her memory two loving brothers Shannon, Jr. (Gladys) and Russell (Cheryl) and a host of nephews, nieces and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral Service Saturday November 4, 2017 at 11:00a.m. at New Revelation M.B. Church 3140 W. 21st Avenue. Rev Edward Turner officiating. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery.
