Isaac B. Jacobs

1992 - 2021

Isaac Breon Jacobs was born on March 21, 1992, to Dwayne Jacobs Sr. and Sylvia Madison. Isaac graduated from Pike High School in 2014. Isaac accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior early in his life and loved to praise God. Isaac was an angel among us, a walking miracle of God. He departed this life and transitioned into eternal glory on August 2, 2021. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Sylvester and Sylvania Crisler, his paternal grandparents Fred and Katherine Jacobs, and his niece Netanya Madison. Isaac leaves to cherish his memory his mother Sylvia Madison of Indianapolis, IN, his father, Dwayne Jacobs Sr. of Minneapolis, MN his sister Tiffany Jacobs of Indianapolis, IN, brothers Dwayne Jacobs Jr. of Minneapolis, MN and Cory Madison of Indianapolis, IN nephews Cory Madison Jr, Mason Jacobs, Jeremiah Jacobs, Adonis Madison and; nieces Faith Madison, Aviyana Jacobs, Jasmine Jacobs, and Aleayah Madison and a host of Aunts and Uncles with whom he shared a special relationship with all, special favorite Auntie Jeanetta Staples, special cousins Timothy Staples, Katherine Clark, Kandice Jenkins, Janel Grant, and Joni Hill, and a long list of cousins, family, and friends. Visitation Monday, August 9, 2021, from 9 to 11:00 am with funeral services to follow at 11:00 am all at the Pilgrim MB Church, 1301 W. 21st Ave. Officiating Rev. Carlton Lewis.
