Deacon Ivory Holmon Sr. "Shane" passed away August 23, 2018. He was a faithful member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon. Shane was a retired employee of US Steel with 32 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, and son Ivory Jr. and 3 siblings. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Mattie, son Anthony, nine siblings and 7 grandchildren. Visitation Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 9 to 11am with funeral services to follow all services at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, 735 E. 20th Ave. Rev. Dr. Marion J. Johnson Jr., Officiating. Interment at Oak Hill Cemetery.
