Passed away July 22, 2010. A memorial to celebrate his life is being held on August 21, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. in the Film Row Cinema of Columbia College, 1104 S. Wabash, 8th floor. Following the memorial, a celebration will take place at the Museum of Contemporary Photography, 600 S. Michigan Avenue, at Harrison. Donations can be made to Columbia College's John Mulvany Scholarship in Photography, in memory of Jack A.
