I am so sorry to learn of James's passing. We knew each other our working at KWP. James was always in control and please to work with. He sence of humor was rich. And, his work was always very good and dependable, a reliable employee!!!
James will be missed and we all have lost one of good ones.

To the family of Mr. James Jenkins,
He was my friend til the end. It was so good to exchange pleasantries with him during our recent and final call. It was always great catching up with him over the years. We graduated together in 1968 (Panther Nation For Life). We worked together for many years at Westville Correctional Facilty and the Kimbrough Center......good vibes, good times, and much laughter. We worked the overnight shift and he would laugh at the repeated wake up calls I would make to my girls, Nicole and Lisa, each morning. He would say Nicky only required one but Lisa required five....that absolutely tickled him. Mr. Jenkins was dedicated to his family, friends, career, and music. I feel privileged to have known "Jenkins" for 50 years. He was consistent in his character and friendship.

To The Jenkins Family:
Let us remember that our physical death isn’t the end, but rather is a step forward in our Heavenly Father’s plan and a time of indescribable joy for the person making the transition. When you’re the ones left behind—the ones losing a loved one—the pain of that loss is very real. But there’s a lot of comfort in knowing you’ll see them again.
