To everyone who showed any type of sympathy to our family, thank you all. Jerry will be missed by a lot of people, in many ways. He's gone to a better place, the sad part is we will have to live with the emptiness in our hearts until our final day comes. I am so sorry to know that another important person in your life had to depart from here. It is not at all easy, and sometimes it doesn't seem fair, however I know that you can and will rebound from all of this, so just take your time with your healing, and CRY as much as you want to. Believe it or not that is the first step of the healing process. God loves you and so do I.

you are my best friend,and we have been through thick and thin since the seventh grade,so when you are down just think of some of the craziest things you and jerry have done!that will make you laugh.i remember the times we all used to laugh and chill together and i kinda miss that too even though i have had a baby and moved away but through all that you know that i am your best friend/big sister and even though i am 2 hrs away you can always call me 1 260 602 0571. when you need a shoulder to cry on or just need to talk you know where and how to find me and if you cant find me then you know shoo shoo will take care of you. cause we girls and we got yo back girl! so you make sure you take good care of my god children! J Bird is the man now and he has to hold down the fort for you and the girls now and you know he will. he is a very strong young man and jerry has done a very good job teaching him how to be a good young man.and i know (Chyna Momma) will be a soldier lol!!!!

Sending my deepest condolences in the loss of Chucky. It seems like just yesterday he was just a baby in my arms. I wish I was there to see him develop into a young man. Words cannot describe the feeling of losing of a child, but may God provide you with strength and comfort in the wake of this tragic event. You are all always in my prayers.

To my baby sister Darlisa, I have known Jerry sense middle school. Jerry was a funny a loving person to be with.He always kept a person laughing.I remembering the times he talk about my dads cooking even though he love it. Jerry was not just a brother n law, he was a great brother to me. Jerry was an good,sweet kind person to my baby sister Darlisa and a good father to his beautiful children.Darlisa, you don't have to worry about Jerry becouse now he's up there in heaven with our loving mother and looking down and crackin jokes.Like I said before he was a funny person and you would be truely miss not just by me but others as well.I see you when I get there and heaven Jerry.I love u bro.

You have my deepest sympathy in the passing of Jerry. I played on the basketball team with Jerry at West Side my freshman through junior year. He was one of the guys who pushed me everyday to be a better player and he will be deeply missed. I know that the family is a God fearing family and believer of his word, for he will never put more on us than we can bear. Continue to look to the hills from which cometh your health and always remember weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning. To the family i am sorry for your loss and give my condolences .He will be remebered as a funny guy .I played ball and practice with him in high school at West Side class of 01.We were cool since then and when I would see him in the street I would say what up J B. I had not seen him in a minute so it was shocking when I herd the news.My boy called me from nashville and told me and I was here and didn't know.So i called around and found it to be true And i could not believe it.It's shocking when you lose a classmate.May God bless yall.
