Michael P. "Mike" Campolattara

MICHAEL P. "MIKE" CAMPOLATTARA Age 61, of Hebron, passed away early Sunday, October 26, 2003, at his residence. He was born June 26, 1942 in Chicago, IL, the son of Anthony and Irene (Zabransky) Campolattara. He had been a Hebron resident since 1963, formerly living in Valparaiso. He was a graduate of Valparaiso High School. He was married on January 19, 1963 at St. Helen's Catholic Church in Hebron to Shirley Lynn (Thompson) who survives. He was employed as a Sales Representative at Sun Engineering, Inc. He was a member of St. Helen's Catholic Church in Hebron. He enjoyed playing golf, traveling and spending time with his grandsons. Surviving in addition to his wife Shirley are his parents of Valparaiso; 3 daughters, Cathy Campolattara of Indianapolis, Chris (Craig) Patz of Clearwater, FL, Diane (Peter) Hanebutt of Indianapolis, IN; 2 grandsons, Parker and Paul Hanebutt; 2 step grandchildren, Carl and Cara Patz; special family friend, Cathie Mitchell; brothers and sisters, Mary Powell of Valparaiso, Guy Campolattara of Valparaiso, Anthony (Martha) Campolattara of Lake Station, Dana (Tammy) Campolattara of Valparaiso, Perry (Lisa) Campolattara of Hebron, Renee Campolattara of Valparaiso; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by one brother, Anthony. Visitation 2-8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2003 at Lang Funeral Service - Hebron Chapel. There will be a prayer service held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday. Mass of the Ressurection will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2003 at St. Helen's Catholic Church in Hebron, with Father Derrick Dudash officiating. Cremation will follow services. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Diabetes Association, the Cancer Society, Harbor Light Hospice or to the donors choice. (219) 996-2821.
