MICHAEL REJMUND DeMotte, Indiana Age 87 years, of DeMotte, Indiana, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2006 at Crestmark of Roselawn. He was born on October 31, 1919 in Gary, Indiana. He was a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church in DeMotte, IN. He was also a member of American Legion, Post 238 in Roselawn, IN. He worked for U. S. Steel. He enjoyed bowling, fishing and hunting. He is preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Helen. He is survived by a daughter, Patricia (Frank) Brodner of DeMotte, IN; son, Edward (Jeanette) Krol of Merrillville, IN; special niece and nephew, Joe (Judy) Pancek; niece, Mary Baroevich; 14 loving grandchildren; and 26 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Cecilia's Catholic Church, with Monsignor Sell celebrating. Interment to follow in the Calvary Cemetery in Portage, Indiana. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with a Scripture Service at 7:00 P.M. at the Frazier Funeral Home-Todd Chapel, 621 S.
