To my sisters and brother we lost our mother, but oh what a good time we had with her and our dad john. Even though i am not your real sister she never made me feel as if i was a stranger in her home. I was there more than i was at home. I love you mother mildred. I will surely miss you and your laughter. To my sisters and brother you had a wonderful mother she is the definition of a phenomenal woman to have put up with all of us. May God continue to watch over all of us. Love Doris Tiffany Brown

To the Aaron Family,

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Mrs. Aaron. She was a close and dear friend of my mother Mariah Cannon (New Hope Baptist Church). I remember taking road trips in that nice mobile home they owned. Mrs. Aaron was always such a sweet person with a warm spirit and bubbly personality. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. Keep the faith and hold on to God's unchanging hand. She will forever be missed.

To the Aaron Family,

I was sadden to hear about the lost of Mom Mildred. I met her when I join the choir at New Hope and she reminded me of my mother and from that fist day I began to call her mom. May God give you the strenght that you need. Weeping may endureth for a night but the Joy of the Lord will come in the morning and always remember "God Only Takes The Best."

To the entire family that I know loved both, their mother and father, I extend my condolences. Mrs. Aaron was an extraordinary woman and being her neighbor for years was a blessing. Up until the time she moved away from Rhode Island Street, Mrs. Aaron and I exchanged Christmas cards. Upon returning to Gary for a brief visit in 2003, I was honored that I could visit her and introduce her to my children. They got a kick out of her "candy store". Mrs. Aaron will be missed. God bless the entire family.
