It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Stephens on Monday, August 9, 2021, at Signature Health Care. Her loving family and friends will sadly miss her.
Viewing Friday, August 13, 2021, from 2-7 P.M. at Smalls Funeral Home Chapel. Life Celebration Service Saturday, August 14, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. at New Hope Holiness Church, 525 Armore Oaky Road Springfield, Ga 31329. Interment Church Cemetery. Smalls Funeral Home, Inc. "Family Serving Families."

Patricia, you were a fighter and I said to myself that you would fight this hospital visit as well but it was actually time to stop and give your body a rest this time. No more suffering or hospital beds, the lord has carried you in spirit. I will miss your smile. When I did get to see you, you always seemed worry free. You are free, from the aches and pain you endured. You have awesome sons that did their best to take care of their mother. I want your sons to know you will be around them in spirit and never forgotten. I do miss you and your kindness. Get some rest now and Rest In Peace, you suffer no more, dear cousin .

It is with heartfelt sympathy that my heart goes out to my Auntie and family during this time. Praying that our memories of Patricia will never be forgotten and we shall all be together again on that great day. Oh, what a wonderful Family Reunion that shall be when we all see Jesus

You just don’t know how hard this is. When I got the call, I just couldn’t believe it. Even as I sat there in your room waiting for the undertaker, I still couldn’t believe it. You looked as though you were just sleeping. That let me know that you went away peacefully with the Lord.
I’m glad we all had a great vacation time together, (even though we both were in pain).
Our talks we had will be cherished. Just thinking of how much you loved singing, I laugh, smile and then I cry
You did a great job with JaMorrio and Jamal and they did the best job taking care of you during the times you needed them. We’re here for them always as well.
You definitely gave “fought the good fight”, a different meaning.
I’m going to miss you dearly and my heart is truly saddened.

Patricia, my sweet niece It's hard to believe you are gone. I use to tell you that you had nine lives. You endured so much, but you never complained. You would always say I am doing lovely. I know you were in pain. I will truly miss you so rest in peace. love you Auntie Betty.
