I was made better by my friendship with Stephan from the first day. We immediately became brothers. We immediately bonded together. We had many talks to together. He called me his mentor, I called him my confidant and friend. He was always someone in whom I could depend. Here I am 2 months after his transition, only now am I able to speak of him. This has been so surreal to me.I will always remember him as my brother and friend

I am still at a loss for words. This hit close to home, as I have known Eld. Stephan since we went to Eggers Ele/Mdl school and were in the band together, and I sat next to him, since we both played saxophone. I didn't know that when I came home for Christmas in 2019 that it would be the last time I ever saw him. I am just grateful that we had an opportunity to talk to each other. My prayers go out to his family and church family. May God keep him in perfect peace! You will be sorely missed!

Stephan was a dear friend to my mother, Patricia Telisman. He comforted her as she battled illness, and we were honored to have him speak at her memorial when she passed recently. He brought a light into our lives that I will always remember.
