Xavier was a wonderful young man who I have had the priviledge of watching grow up and mature since his middle school days at TBLA. He was the perfect role model for his younger brothers. I was so proud of him. My prayers go out to his family that God will ease thier grief.

I did not know this young man or any family members, but I can tell he is very well thought of, I was driving on Taft street when the funeral procession was in progress, and the line of cars was 5 blocks long with 4 police car escorts. May every tear be dried from your eyes and be replaced with laughter from the memory that master Xavier r. Walton had with you.

My deepest sympathies to the family of Xavier. He was one of a kind. I first met him ten years ago at Thea Bowman Elementary. I had his brother, Dominic, in our first year at TBLA. He used to stop by after class to pick him up. He was always so friendly. He was a great big brother and will be greatly missed by all.
