Charles L. Gitter
Charles L. Gitter, 51, of Appleton, formerly of Little Chute, died Wednesday November 16, 2011. He was born in Appleton to Leo and Frances (Vanden Hoogen) Gitter on December 19, 1959.

Charles is survived by his mother Frances, Little Chute; and siblings: David (Mary), Little Chute; John, Dale; Mary (Ken) Verstegen, Little Chute; Joan (Dan) Nelessen, Freedom; and Joe (Joy), Shiocton. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Charles was preceded in death by his father Leo and sister Jane.

Visitation will be held Saturday November 19, 2011 at ST. JOHN NEPOMUCENE CATHOLIC CHURCH (323 S. Pine St. Little Chute) beginning at 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. The Rev. James Hablewitz will officiate. Committal St. John Cemetery. For on-line condolences, please visit

Mary, So sorry to hear about your brother. I remember him fondly from our younger years. He loved and accepted everyone who came into his life. You were truely blessed.
