Darrell Keith Gosse, 57, lost his battle to Undifferentiated Carcinoma of the Unknown Primary (CUP), on Monday, April 4, 2016 at Cherry Meadows Hospice. He was born on July 16, 1958 to the late LaVern and Ruth (Freimuth) Gosse in Neenah. Darrell grew up spending time at the family farm where he developed a passion for the outdoors. When Darrell wasn't hunting, fishing or camping with his family, he enjoyed watching sports and movies.

Darrell was married to the love of his life, Debra Longworth on January 6, 1979, sharing 37 wonderful years of marriage together and having three children that they raised in Appleton. Darrell worked as a Senior Electric Motor Technician for 35 years, 21 of them at L&S Electric.

Darrell will be sadly missed by his wife, Debra Gosse; children, Kerry Gosse, Dawn (David) Reinhart and Jenny (Paul) Sassman; grandchildren, Hunter, Gaje, Makayla and Branson; as well as many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at VALLEY FUNERAL HOME, 2211 N. Richmond Street, Appleton, from 10 am to the time of funeral services at 11 am. Rev. Mike Huff will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, the Gosse Family Memorial Fund has been established at Community First Credit Union.

The family would like to extend their gratitude and thanks to family members and staff at Cherry Meadows Hospice for the wonderful care and support during Darrell's final days.
