Jean Otis Obituary
She will be missed by her daughter Tracy (Marc) Miller, Appleton; two sons: Craig (Amy) Otis, Combined Locks and Darrin (Jodi) Otis, Kaukauna; 9 grandchildren: Tyler (Brianna), Courteney (Chris), Kasey, Langston, Karsen, Emerson, Brianna, Bailey, and Benjamin; 3 great grandchildren: Eliana, Jace, and Knox; 2 brothers: Darrell Hoffmann and Gary Hoffmann. She is further survived by the family of the late Richard S Adams.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Ron Hoffmann, infant son, granddaughter Savannah, significant other; Richard Adams and her beloved dog, Howie.
A casual memorial service will take place at 3:00 on Thursday, December 5th at St. Paul Home, 346 E. 14th St. in Kaukauna. Friends may visit the family preceding the service at St. Paul Home from 1:00 until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to St. Paul Elder Services.
Mom you fought a long and hard battle, you have earned your wings. Rest easy, we all will miss your spunk and determination.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the entire staff at St. Paul Elder Service for their compassionate care and friendship shown to Jean.

Tracy and family, I am so sorry for your loss! Jean was a special lady who brightened everyone's day! There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about her! I enjoyed our walks outside and ability to understand each other no matter the obstacles in the way.
Jean was so proud of each and everyone of her family members. Sharing pictures and information about you with all she knew. She will definitely be looking down and smiling with pride! Love all of you!

I worked with Jean at J W Puddy many years ago. She was a hard worker, a good friend, and truly one of the funniest people I've ever met. I will always treasure my memories of her.

We got to know Jean during our therapy dog visits at St.Paul's. Jean was a special friend to me and our therapy dog Justice. Whenever we visited we could NOT leave until we sought out Jean. She ALWAYS was drawn to the dogs. We are sorry for the families loss. God bless you Jean. Justice & Daryl

so sorry for your loss. Jean was a neighbor and friend of Mom ( jean Schumann) while they lived at st.paul home. I loved Jean's spunk, determination, and independence during the last years. She is now with all her angel family and friends. Hugs to all of you, Robin Schuler

Such a beautiful picture of a beautiful person! I remember chatting with Jean when she worked at St Paul Elder Services and later, when she became a resident, she continued to inspire me with her determination and positive attitude! I'm so blessed to have known her. Sincere sympathies to family and friends.
