"Uncle Glenn", as we grew up calling him, had a wonderful and long life. Thank you, Glenn, for your service to our Country. When we visited your nice home on Tobacnoir, I always marveled at how well it was built.

We will remember what a special person he was. Dale worked with John for many years before we moved to Rhinelander. Sending our thoughts and prayers.

Rita and Family,
We offer you our deepest sympathy. John was the most gentle and quite man I have ever known. Yet, he got things done, and he knew how to have a good time. We still remember the Cabaret Dance Club and all of the antics that went on. I can still see you & John walking down the street every day, holding hands. John and I worked on many projects together at the mill. He was a great man!
I still to this day have not figured out what John or Glenn, or whichever one it is, was really his prefered name. He answered to both, and lots of people called him one or the other. When I asked him about it, he shook his head and said he didn't even know why himself, always with that grinning smile on his face.
Know you are in our prayers, Rita, as well as for John. Keep strong!

Rita & family
I want to thank you for sharing your husband and father with my brother and I. After losing our Dad as babies Glenn was one of the people that took his place in our lives. He was one of the kindest men I ever knew and I loved him very much. Keep all of your memories close to you, he loved all of you so much.

Dear Rita and family...I'm sorry for John's passing. No matter when the time comes, it isn't easy. What a wonderfully long life he lived! I know that you have faith in God and the kingdom of Heaven. You'll see John again in that kingdom rest assured. Until then, be there for each other, talk about good memories and remember that for everything there is a time and a purpose. I'll be thinking about you and offering a prayer for you Rita with this unexpected loss.
