Lucy was a gift at our bridge club. Some of us who did not know all of her remarkable achievements in the music world, recognized her love of life and the dignity she brought to our club. She is missed.

My condolences to you all. Lucy was my teacher in high school and made an indelible impression on me. She changed my playing for the better in so many ways. More importantly she changed my attitude about learning. I will never forget her telling me that if I wasn't going to practice I should not come back. I was amazed! No more excuses! I did practice after that. And I did come back. She taught me so much.
With sympathy,
