Patricia "Pat" Jack

Hortonville - Patricia "Pat" Jack, passed away at the age of 90 on Tuesday, July 20, 2021. She was born on April 27, 1931, daughter of the late Daniel and Charlotte Dorn. On February 21, 1950, she was united in marriage to Eric Jack at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Appleton. He preceded her in death on February 2, 2012. She loved to sew and took pride in the many gifts that she made for her children and grandchildren. They will always treasure these gifts along with the wonderful memories. Pat loved playing cards with family and friends and was an accomplished bowler. Her infectious laugh as well as her sharp wit, lit up the room and brought joy to all who knew her. Pat enjoyed spending time with family at the cottage on Lake Winneconne. She was an active member of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Hortonville, including Christian Mothers, where she held various offices and took care of funeral lunches at the church for many years.

Pat is survived by her children: Bonnie (Jerry) Miller and their children, Tammy (Chris) Borelli and Tracy Miller; Debbie Jack; son-in-law, Brian (Sue) Strey and their children, Tara (Derek) Respalje, Theresa (Corey) Beckendorf and Tyler (Tiffany) Strey; Steve (Cathy) Jack and their children, Tonya (Kevin) Schram, Travis (Brittany) Jack, Tim (Brooke) Jack and Spencer (Brenna) Jack; Tom (Barb) Jack and their children, Jesse Jack and Jamie Jack; Randy (Debbie) Jack and his children, Derek (Kristy) Jack, Chris (Katie) Jack and Rob (Kristin) Jack; siblings; Larry Dorn, Charlotte Koerner and Beatrice (Gene) Otto; sisters-in-law, Joyce and Marilyn Dorn and twenty two great-grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends further survive her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents; daughter, Brenda Strey; and nine siblings and their spouses.

The Funeral Mass for Pat will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 23, 2021 at S.S. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Hortonville with Fr. James Jugenheimer and Fr. Patrick Costello officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
