Raymond Boileau Obituary
Raymond J. Boileau "Ray", 77, Weyauwega, died Thursday, May 12, 2016. He was born August 7, 1938, in Marinette, son of Clayton and Evelyn (Betzinger) Boileau. He was a U.S.. Navy veteran. Ray married Sandra Lea Ward, March 30, 1984, in Las Vegas. Ray was a police officer with the Neenah Police Department for 34 years retiring in 1991 as a lieutenant. He was an avid hunter, snowmobiler, fisherman and loved spending time in the woods cutting wood.
Ray is survived by his wife Sandy, his children: David (Mary Ann "Mimi") Boileau and Deb (Joseph) Sinnaeve, both of Florida; Daniel (Penny) Boileau, Burlington; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren; three brothers: Richard Boileau, Arizona; Ronald Boileau, Larsen and Kenneth (Jackie) Boileau, Menasha.
Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, May 20, 2016, at the Kessler Funeral Home, 304 S Commercial Street, Neenah with Fr. Mike Ingold officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. Friday until the time of the service. Military honors will be performed by members of the U. S. Navy and the Neenah-Menasha Veterans Honor Team following the services at the funeral home.

Dearest Sandy,
Praying that the love and comfort of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will comfort you and your family during this extremely sad and difficult time. May memories comfort you and the love of your family and friends support and sustain you to move forward without your beloved Ray at your side. Ray was my dad's , Bob Homan, partner on the Neenah Police Force for many years. His name was spoken often at our house. When my dad became ill, Ray would come and sit with him so my mother could get out of the house for a couple hours. He would come and spend time with us at the nursing home, telling stories and laughing.
I am thankful that Ray was a big part of my parents life. We should all be fortunate to have a friend such as him.
Ray was a kind, thoughtful, sensitive, and really nice guy.
I am truly sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
