I know I can speak for all of the Hammill family when I say that we all had very fond memories with Tommy and all of the Graversons while we were growing up together. He was a positive light in so many lives and really had a gift with the way he could make us all laugh and feel at ease. He was a true people lover with a heart of gold and will be dearly missed. Our condolences to the Graverson family.
With love,
The Hammills

Tom was a favorite co-worker at Neenah Printing Compay, and became a close friend. I will dearly miss "Stoney". His laughter and his integrity will stay with me until we meet again.
My deepest sympathies for his family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tom in the 90s when I worked for the Appleton School District.
Years later I was working for TSA and Tom was traveling out for a work thing. I re-introduced myself as Tom WAS gathering his belongings and said I knew him from when I worked with AASD. He was surprised I remembered him. But Tom wasnt a person you would forget. His gentle demeanor friendly smile leaves an impression with a person. We exchanged pleasantries and he was gone.
A few weeks later Tom was again traveling and I again said hello. Then he asks how a guy could get a job with TSA? I gave him some information and said use me as a reference he would like.
Thats how Tom became a HUGE part of the ATW/TSA family.
I will miss Tom!
My sincere condolences to the Graverson family.

Tom was a good classmate all through high school. We were in the printing program together. We both went on to careers in printing. I have not seen Tom since we both graduated. We enjoyed afternoons in the printing room. As I have read the comments and memories that other people had about Tom it did not surprise me. He was a good person all the years we work together in high school. I regret our paths did not cross after high school.
My sympathies to all

I only knew Tom briefly and stayed in touch with him every year for the heart walk. He was such a joy and always had a great positive energy about him. He will be missed dearly.

Tom was a wonderful man. My family and I knew him from theater and did many shows together. My daughter Shannon loved him and when she passed away in 2008, his words gave me great comfort. May the Lord bless him and give peace and comfort to his family.

I am so sad to hear of this news. Tom stopped by to visit before he retired from the packaging business to make sure he could still get tickets to our company booksales. I looked forward to seeing him at the booksales. Then I started traveling every other week for a few years and was greeted by a friendly smile at the Appleton airport and was so happy to see him on a routine schedule again. He will be greatly missed! Prayers to the entire family as you grief the loss of a great man!!!! Kim Rose

Dear Family,
When I came to Neenah in 1985 as pastor of St. Gabriel Church, I met Tom who was then a trustee and a solid financial guide. We worked well as a team. In the obit, I noticed the names of the parents = as I recall I helped bury both of them.
I can remember going to the home several times at the end of Wincheser Road, I believe. While there were serious moments, there was time and a reason for laughte.
Tom is a good example to me of how our lay people can be of real help to the Church in general and the pastor in particular. He served well.

Knowing Tommy G meant that I knew I had a second father. His love was unconditional for his family and those he considered family. His friendship never wavered and his integrity and honesty remained true to the end. Karaoke and theater will never be the same again but I know he'll be joining us from heaven. You will be missed Tommy. My heartfelt condolences go out to your family at this time.

After growing up as next-door neighbors, Tom was my friend for life. He was a true friend, always there to lend a hand, say a kind word, support in any way he could and most of all, have fun and enjoy life. I know of nobody who enjoyed life more than Tom and he shared that enjoyment with his family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him but the memories will never fade.
