Randy Lee Murdock, a lifelong Teton Valley resident, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Randy was born June 2, 1943, to Russell and Bertha Murdock.

He enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, square dancing, horseback riding, farming, traveling and especially spending time with his 12 grandchildren.

He was a member of the JC's, served honorably in the Idaho National Guard and was a square dance caller for over 25 years.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Donna Gay; five children, Wendy (Doug) Wilson of Victor, Becky (Bart) Mickelsen of West Jordan, Utah, Candy (Wayne) Johnson of Chapin, Cory (Katie Jo) Murdock of Chapin and Anney (Chris) Burroughs of Green River, Wyo.; 12 grandchildren; one brother; and two sisters.
He was preceded in death by one son, Robby, his parents and an infant brother.

We were so sorry to hear of Randy's passing. We will always remember the square dances we so enjoyed with the both of you and the ones he called. We were at the Knothead Jamboree when we heard of the news and were unable to make the viewing and funeral. I sent a card through the mail but it came back to me stating no mail receptacle. We hope you and your family will find comfort in the wonderful memories you have. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
