Warren was one of my closest friends from age 15 to 19. In fact we were each others first roommates. He was a huge influence on me during those years. Our time together in Boy Scouts and the Tribe of Tahquitz are some of my favorite memories. Although we lost contact after his move to Idaho, he was cemented in my mind and heart. I thought of him and wanted to visit and reconnect so many times. And now all I can do is regret not acting on those feelings.
I miss you buddy, and I’m so sorry you’re gone too soon, but I will always remember you and know that we will meet again.

Warren was a great man, I grew up in Dubois, and when I was looking for advice for the path I was on I would attend church and speak with him. I had the privilege of befriending his daughters. I will miss his council, my prayers go out to his family.

Who is this guy? I was having lunch when a bear of a man came in with a gentle smile and peace about him that just made a person gravitate in his direction and ask; “Who are you?” As a human, I was blessed to get to know Pastor Warren. As a fellow Pastor, our church was blessed to have him participate in our Good Friday Services and hear his godly insight to Jesus’ last moments. Warren, you touched me and I will carry that touch with me all my days. Peace my brother. Peace Jane. Here’s to a life well lived!

What a great loss. I will lift Warren’s family up in prayer. Matt 6:19 is a passage I hold close to my heart.
I knew Warren when we were active in the Boy Scouts in 68 and 69. I was blessed to have known him and to have called him a friend.

Warren was full of love, peace, and wisdom. I will forever miss our talks. His love of life was inspirational. I will always be "Warren's little sister". With deepest sympathy to janie, his daughters, and grandkids. He is with the lord. Annie
