Eunice M. "Squeak" Fish

GREENWICH -- Eunice M. "Squeak" Fish of Bald Mountain Road, passed into the hands of her Lord on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2006, at her home following a long battle with lung cancer, surrounded by family and friends who loved her.

She was born June 10, 1955, in Saratoga Springs, the daughter of John E. and Mildred M. (Crissy) Rich.

Eunice grew up in Schuylerville and attended Schuylerville Central School.

On June 6, 1986, she married Walter Fish Jr. For six years she and her husband, Walt, owned and operated the Take Five Cafe on Main Street in Schuylerville.

Eunice enjoyed crafts, planting flowers, cooking and helping others.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her mother-in-law, Anna Mae Fish; a nephew, Robert Covell Jr., and her former husband, Tim Finn Sr.

She is survived by her loving husband, Walter Fish Jr; her children: Tim Finn Jr. of Greenwich, Walter Fish III and his wife, Jill, of Gansevoort, Melissa Finn of Albany, Laurie Fish and Heidi Fish, both of Greenwich; grandchildren: Damian, Ashley, Dylan Tim III, Jae, Lindsey and Tyler. She is also survived by her sisters: Mary Simon of Greenwich, Lorraine Rich of Victory Mills, and Eileen Wheeler of Victory Mills; and her brothers, Robert Covell and his wife, Lona, of Greenwich, and John Rich Jr. and his wife, June, of Middle Falls; father-in-law, Walter Fish Sr. of Greenwich; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Kenneth Fish, Edward Fish, Pete Fish and Michael Fish, all of Greenwich; Kathy and Ted Mosher of Victory Mills, Donald and Donna Fish of Schuylerville; many loyal friends including Kenneth and Pennie Brown and Amy Washburn, friend and mother of grandchildren, all of Greenwich.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, at Simone Funeral Home, Inc., 105 Lake Ave., Saratoga Springs.
