Margaret A. Bushey

ARGYLE * Margaret A. Bushey, 75, of Pleasant Valley Road, died peacefully Sunday, Feb. 18, 2007, at her home in Argyle with her loving and caring husband, Ed, at her side.Born in Fort Edward on June 13, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Mae (Spellburg) Semony.Margaret married Edward Bushey on Nov. 18, 1951, at the Fort Edward Methodist Church. They celebrated 55 wonderful years of marriage in 2006.She was a housewife who enjoyed cooking, crocheting and loved watching the birds in her yard. She especially enjoyed her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Linda Bushey, and two sisters, Louise and Beatrice.Margaret is survived by her loving husband, Ed; her three children, Edward Bushey Jr. and his companion, Alice Shores, of Hudson Falls, Michael Bushey and his companion, Sandy Sanders, of Greenfield, and Thomas Bushey and his wife, Christine, of Hudson Falls. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Samantha, Michael, Scott, Shane, Cassie, Danielle and Kaitlyn; and three special children, John, RJ and Britney, who called her "Nana Bear;" two sisters, Carrie Blair of Queensbury, and Patricia Winchell and her husband, Delbert, of Saratoga; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.At Margaret's request, there will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.Arrangements are under the direction of M. B.
