Queensbury - Rusty E. Millington Sr., 66, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Glens Falls Hospital.
Born on August 16, 1959 in Glens Falls Hospital, the son of the late Roger F. Millington and Elinor V. (Bruno) Pitts.
Rusty was a graduate of Chester High School, alongside the class of 1976.
He was employed as an auto mechanic at Merrill Automotive for several years.
Rusty enjoyed working on cars and loved riding his John Deere lawn mower. He had a green thumb when it came to planting his flowers. Most of all he loved spending time with his family for dinner or for sporting events. He enjoyed watching horror movies and watching Law & Order SVU. You would also catch him watching his cartoons every day.
In addition to his parents, Rusty is predeceased by his siblings, Randy Millington, Ronnie Millington, Roger Millington Jr., Barbara Davis, Richard Millington and Hazel Millington. He is also predeceased by
his grandson, Brandon Green; and sister-in-law, Penny Millington.
Survivors include his wife, Corrina Millington of Queensbury; siblings, Helena Carmel of Glens Falls, Robin Millington of Queensbury, Rian (Tammy) Millington of Queensbury, and Ricky (Tammy) Millington of Jacksonville, Florida; his children, Teresa (Scott) Ellis of Lake Luzerne, Sueann (Dan) Green of North Creek, Michael (Katie) Beckwith Jr. of South Glens Falls, Rusty Millington Jr. of Camden, S.C., Eric (Tiffany) Millington of Warrensburg, Stephen Millington of Rutland, Vermont and Kimberly (Tony) Beckford of Granville; his grandchildren, Makenzie, Kaley, Joshua, Jordan (Helen), Madison, Tyler, Alexis, Taylor, Nathaniel, Cameron, Gabriel, Ari, Lillian, Alex, Charlotte, Breonna, Aaliyah, Mia and Savannah.
Family and friends are invited to and may call from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Regan Denny Stafford Funeral Home, 53 Quaker Road, Queensbury. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow the service on Saturday at 5 Woodlawn Ave, South Glens Falls.
