Joshua Matthew, our precious baby boy. Josh's infectious smile will be remembered by everyone who met him. He was an energetic, happy little boy. From the moment Josh was born he was a boys-boy, who loved to be outside, riding the 4-wheeler, playing with his monster trucks and race cars. He loved getting a new dinosaur and he loved when his Momma would give him his temporary tattoos. Josh loved everyone and everything. He did not have a mean bone in his body. Josh would be able to tell you every single family member's favorite color, and he would ask us every time he saw us to make sure he remembered, and we didn't change it without letting him know. His favorite color was yellow which makes sense because he was the light of our lives. Yellow is the color of happiness. Yellow is cheerful and an energetic color that brings fun and joy into the world, and that is what Josh was for his family and friends. Josh adored is siblings. He always wanted to help his sissy, Paityn, clean something or help cook. He would always say, "Can I bring a chair and help you sissy?" and "I am tall with a chair." He adored his bubba, Easton, and always wanted to go somewhere with him in his monster truck. He adored his sissy, Paisley; Josh loved to help his sissy color or draw and her strange taste in music. He enjoyed her music, and they became his favorite songs. There is nobody he adored more than his parents, he was a Momma's and Daddy's boy. From the moment Josh could walk and talk he started acting like his Daddy. Josh always wanted to wear his Daddy's boots and be attached to his hip, so he didn't miss any action, because if you know our Dad he's always on the move. Josh loved his Daddy, and he didn't care when we called him "Jacob Junior". He loved his Momma just as much. He loved noodles or "Noos Noos" as he called them especially eating mac n cheese and alfredo with his Momma. Everyone knew that the two together could put away some noodles. He loved watching movies with his Momma and trying to steal her coffee. He didn't care when we told him it would stunt his growth and make him short. Josh loved his family, and we all loved him just as much. He loved his baby cousins, Lakelynn and Gracelynn; they were always attached to the hip when they were together. Their favorite place was the beach, they loved every minute of the day we spent there. They loved playing dinos and racing cars at Josh's House and were the wildest of children around. He loved playing with his cousin, Trever, whether it was basketball or throwing a football, he loved being outside with him. His Great Uncle Al always loved calling Josh his "Little Biscuit". He loved going to his "TT's" house to play with his cousins, Justin and Jerred, and when it was time to leave and go home, he would always tell her, "Peace out dawg". That was his signature goodbye to everyone. He was our missing piece. He was the best four years of all our lives, and we will find comfort in knowing he is with his Papa once again. He loved his Papa and we know he was waiting for Josh with open arms and they are together now. On his last day at school he finished a project, which was his rainbow, and we know he had his Papa helping him with it. The night after the accident Josh let us know he was okay with a rainbow in the sky.
