DAVID SPRENKEL Obituary

David S. Sprenkel, of Austin, passed away on Nov. 12, 2025, at Geisinger Medical Center (Danville).
Born on April 10, 1958, he was the son of Robert and Joan (Chapin) Sprenkel, of Lake Wales, Fla.
Dave is survived by one son and one daughter in-law, Lucas and Danielle Sprenkel of Middleburg; and three grandchildren: Amelia, Natalie and Emory Sprenkel.
Dave was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and snowmobiling, especially with his son, Lucas.
He will be missed by all who loved him and his adventurous spirit.

He was known to me as Sprenkel. He was his own character, for sure. He was always friendly and always waved when we saw him as he went past our house. He will be missed. May God rest his soul. Prayers for strength and peace for the family.

Dear Lucas and Family, I send my sincere and heart felt condolences on the passing of your father. Dave was one of a kind friend. He was always available to help anybody at anytime. He was extremely knowledgeable on any task or subject. He is a Legend of Potter County. RIP Dave, and God Bless , Gene Pounds ,family and all that frequented Camp Ray.
