Constance “Connie” (Gincley) Kramer, 94, of Pottstown, widow of Ward D. Kramer, passed away on Tuesday, December 22 at Reading Hospital. Born in Pottstown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy and George Gincley. She was a 1944 graduate of Pottstown High School. Connie worked in quality control at the former Spring City Knitting for fifteen years. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Pottstown. She is survived by two sons, Gary W. Kramer and his wife Deborah A., Silver Spring MD, Jeffrey T. Kramer and his wife Kim McClay, Kennett Square; a daughter, Gayle A. Kramer-Hetrick wife of Gary Hetrick, Pottstown; a brother, Ronald Gincley, Bechtelsville; and a grandson, Eric N. Kramer. She was predeceased by two brothers, Edmund and Wilbur Gincley. A private graveside service will be held at Limerick Garden of Memories. Contributions may be made in her memory to the Pottstown Elk’s Lodge #814, 61 E. High St., Pottstown, PA 19464 where she was an active member of the Doe Club. Arrangements are by the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, at 359 King St. in Pottstown, PA.
