We are very sorry to hear of the passing of Elmer. He was a strong leader who led the Water and Sewer Authority for the years that I worked in Pottstown. He took actions in both to make significant improvements of both improving the living conditions of all residing in Pottstown and the surrounding communities. Barb and I will greatly miss Elmer and send condolences to Lois and his family.

Way too many memories to share here, but I certainly do not remember a time in my life that Elmer and the entire family was not a part of it! Drove him to Phx twice a day for many, many years. But the memories will forever remain...

Uncle Elmer was the best uncle ever! He will be missed greatly by all of his nieces and nephews. Uncle Elmer always had a genuine interest in all of us. He was always the 'go to' person. I will miss him.

Elmer was a great friend & mentor. We shared Friday afternoons discussing life, politics and religion over craft beers. I will miss his humor and his wisdom greatly.
