FRANCES MARIE LAWS, 80, OF POTTSTOWN Frances Marie Laws, 80, of Lincoln Avenue, Pottstown, PA died Sunday at Reading Hospital. Born in Phoenixville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Jack C. and Lillian T. (Black) Hatcher. Frances had worked as a supervisor in housekeeping for Marble Collegiate Church in New York for 17 years. She is survived by five children, one sister, 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a son and a brother and a sister. A memorial services will be held on Friday February 22, 2013 at 10 a.m. from Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 240 Mintzer Street, Pottstown, with the Rev. William Ball, Pastor officiating.
