Robert Dotterer Obituary

Robert A. Dotterer, 87, of Gilbertsville, husband of Helen A. (Hess) Dotterer, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016 at his home.
Born in Earl Township, he was the son of the late Ralph and Mable (Reppert) Dotterer.
Robert was a World War II Army veteran, a member of St. John Hill UCC Church and a life member of New Berlinville Fire Co. He was employed by WM Gift for 32 years and enjoyed vacationing with his wife, Helen.
Along with his wife of 63 years are 10 nieces and nephews and 30 great nieces and nephews.
Officiating will be Reverend Mary Etta Mest. Services and interment are private. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Robert's name to the St. John Hill UCC Church Building Fund, 620 Hill Church Rd., Boyertown, PA 19512. Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Gilbertsville is in charge of arrangements.

Dear Helen, We're so very sorry to hear about Bob, he was one of the kindest men we've known. Just as you are,he always had a smile and a helping hand and was always there to do what ever needed to be done. It was a privilege to know him and you. Again so sorry for your loss.
