I am so shocked and so very sorry to hear of Star´s death. I was her student at Sunnybrook Ballroom 2014 for just one session. She was the most beautiful and graceful woman! And She always wore the best perfume! Star made salsa look so easy! I tried but I think I drove her crazy because I couldn´t count for nothing; she was very kind and patient with me. Always taking me as a partner when I was fumbling terribly. She loved to teach salsa and I always thought I would see her again. Funny how something told me to check the obits tonight. My heart stopped when I saw her name. Went outside and prayed for Star and her family and There was the most beautiful rainbow!! May God hold her family close during this difficult time.
