Charles Williams Obituary
Panama City, FL - Charles E. Williams February 24, 2018 of Panama City FLA. He was born to the late Robert Lee Henry Williams and Flossie Mae Williams in Poughkeepsie, NY. He was a member of Jehovah Witness. He is survived by his children Ida Williams Robert Williams, Ebony Williams, Louis Rawles, Carmen Rodriguez, Lea Babb. He also leaves to cherish his memory a loving devoted sister Darlene Luster, His sister Barbara Jean Stortis, brother Andre Williams. He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in0laws, cousins and many friends. He will be deeply missed. He loved his family dearly. A memorial service will be held SAT, March 17, 2018 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness at 2pm, 76 Daley Rd. Poughkeepsie NY 12603. Michael Penfield officiating.
