Uncle Frank, you will be missed! I will always cherish the fond memories I have of you and Aunt Ann, who were always so good to me as a child. I loved our trip to Catskill Game Farm, and the other fun things we did together. I will always remember Uncle Frank calling me "Dollie," and his singular smile and cologne! Lots of love.

So sorry to hear of Frank's death, I did not know
he was a goodd friend and while I was a Court
clerk in Marlboro, we use to attend classes in New York every year and would see him in the Highland
diner. He was a great gentleman and a good friend. Betty Mackey, Marlboro, NY 12542

Our deepest and most heartfelt sympathy is sent to the Lombardi family. I worked with Frank at the Town of Lloyd, and he was the first to support my GIS initiative in his service to the town. He was generous to a fault to our Democrats, to his State and Local Highway colleagues and to the Lions Club, but most importantly he was a man who transcended any lines and served the whole town regardless of anyone's identity. He truly was a legend in his own time, and now for all time. He always was upbeat and energetic - inspiring all of us to do better. Rest in peace, Frank. We love you.

I was very fortunate to meet Frank when I had moved across the U.S. from California in 1996. Frank and his wife Ann helped me establish myself in the Hudson Valley. He was a great support to me and my family that I will always remember. Sincerely, Ralph Cashen
