Lester Croft Obituary
HYDE PARK - Lester A. Croft passed away on March 11, 2014 at his home in Hyde Park, NY.
Lester was born on October 20, 1928 in Poughkeepsie, NY, the son of Russell and Alice Croft.
Lester grew up in Hyde Park, NY where he attended Roosevelt High School. He proudly served in the US Army and was a member of American Legion Post 1303 in Hyde Park. He worked for IBM Inc. Poughkeepsie until his retirement.
Lester is survived by his devoted wife Rosaline to whom he has been happily married 33 years, his brother, Stephen Croft of Hyde Park, NY, his sister, Ruth Majors of Montana, several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Lester was a lifetime member of the Hyde Park Methodist church.
Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
Lester's family would like to send special thanks you to Dr. Andrew Chernack and the Hudson Valley Hospice staff for its kind assistance.

rosaline and family and the croft family my deepest sympathy and condolence lester was a very special person and good friend to me and my wife dorothy as well as thje croft family ihave often thought of you and lester i know he will be sadly missed may god bless all of you
