Lillian L. Baeder

Salt Point - Lillian L. Baeder, age 89, of Pleasant Valley, died Friday, January 20, 2017 at Mid Hudson Regional Hospital Poughkeepsie, NY. Lillian was born July 17, 1927 in Torrington, CT. She is the daughter of the late Anthony and the late Mary (Dwyer) LePage. She married Lee W. Baeder on August 26, 1950 at St. Francis Of Assisi Church Torrington CT., he predeceased her on December 17, 1980.

Lillian was a retired ER Admitting Clerk at Sharon Hospital in CT. She also served the area as a long time volunteer of over 30 years in different capacities for the Boy Scouts of America, first starting as a Cub Scout Den Mother.

Lillian is survived by her two sons, William Baeder and his wife Beverly of New Jersey, Adam Baeder and his wife Karen of Salt Point and her two step grandchildren Kenneth and Kayla.

Lillian was predeceased by her son Brett in 1988.

There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday 12 pm January 25, 2017 at St. Francis of Assisi Church 160 Main Street Torrington CT. Burial will follow at the Hillside Cemetery, Torrington CT.

Memorial donations can be made in her name to the Salt Point Fire Company, Salt Point New York.
