Bernie will forever be remembered by his OTB family! He was the guy who would always start a conversation, always have the best jokes, and always be in a good mood which always made our day! He would love to tease, and he genuinely enjoyed being teased back. He brightened the Binghamton branch, and the JC.branches every time he'd walk in the door. We will miss him dearly, and send our prayers to his wonderful family. Thank you for sharing him with us! Mary Ellen (branch manager Bing branch)

Sorry doesn't begin to describe how I feel about Bernie's passing. My heart aches for all of you, as I have been where you are. I have so many fond and funny memories of Bernie. I will always remember his beautiful smile, and his little kid devilish look just before he would pick on one of the kids or Chris. He truly loved and was devoted to you all, and you have wonderful memoies to cherish. Pat, I am just a phone call away if I can help you or the kids in any way.
