Dan Rotunno Obituary

Dan F. Rotunno
formerly of Endicott
Dan F. Rotunno, 75, of Las Vegas, Nev., passed away June 27, 2003 in Las Vegas, Nev. He was predeceased by his parents, Louis and Gilda Rotunno; his wife, Linda Rotunno; and his nephews, Louis and Robert Rotunno. He is survived by two brothers and one sister-in-law, Mario Rotunno, Onorio and Fernanda Rotunno; his aunt, Italia Rotunno, all of Endicott; his beloved great-nephews, Corey, Ian and Warren; also many cousins and dear friends. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp and the U.S. Navy, serving during WWII. Dan was a prominent figure in the banking industry of Las Vegas, Nev. In the 1950's, Dan migrated to Arizona where he earned a degree in Education. In the late 1960's, Dan joined Valley Bank of Nevada (now known as Bank of America). He briefly left Valley Bank to accept a position as Executive Vice President with Continental National Bank. He worked there approximately three years before he returned to Valley Bank. Over the years, he rose to the position of Senior Vice President/Regional Director, where he served until his retirement in 1992.
The family invites friends to join them for a Memorial Mass that will be celebrated on Monday, July 28, 2003, at 1 p.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 306 Odell Ave., Endicott, N.Y. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Dan Rotunno may be made to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements are by Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc., 1905 Watson Blvd., Endicott, N.Y.
