Frank Thomas Hunt
formerly of BinghamtonFrank Thomas Hunt, 81, of Port Orange, Fla., and formerly of Binghamton, passed away on November 16, 2006 at home after a brief battle with cancer. He was the son of the late Hannah and Frank Hunt. He was predeceased by his son, Gregory Hunt. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Marion (Burns) Hunt, Port Orange, Fla. In addition, he is survived by his son, Matthew and Peg Hunt, Binghamton. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Daniel and Maryalice Hunt; and son, Ayron, Vestal, Matthew Hunt, Albany, Tiffany Hunt, Forty Fort, Pa., Tyler Hunt, Indiana, Pa.; and his sister, Ester Evans, Binghamton. He served in the U.S. Army and was the owner of Frank's Draperies in Binghamton for many years.
At his request, there will be no calling hours. Private burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Hannah Cremation Service, Holly Hill, Florida, and Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Vestal. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Palm Coast, 149 South Ridgewood Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114.
