I remember Jeff from our high school days. I am sorry to hear of his passing. My prayers sent to his family. He was a real nice guy.

Dear Rogoff Family --
Thinking of you today on Jeff's birthday.
Please know that a brick has been purchased that recognizes the fallen Wildcats from the Johnson City Senior High School Class of 1979. The brick will be a lasting memory to those we have lost from our class.
Jeff will always be remembered at any future alumni events we will hold.
With sincere sympathy on behalf of the Class of 1979,
