Joyce (Braman) Woodruff
of EndwellJoyce (Braman) Woodruff, 81, of Endwell, died on June 11, 2006 at her home among her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Glenn Braman and Ruth Braman Barnhart. She is survived by her beloved husband of nearly 62 years, Charles L. Woodruff Sr., Endwell; and her dearly loved children and their spouses, Susan Woodruff Syryca and Edward Syryca, Apalachin, and Charles L. Woodruff Jr. and Vicki Woodruff, Ringwood, N.J.; her five wonderful grandsons, Heath and Jennifer Woodruff and their children, Shannen, Alyssa Beth and Raymond Jeffrey, Syracuse, Jeffrey Syryca, Endwell, and his fiancee, Jessica, Thomas Syryca, Apalachin, and his girlfriend, Emily, Matthew and Kyle Woodruff, Ringwood, N.J.; two cousins, Bruce (Bobbi) Badger, Greene, N.Y., George (Norma) Braman, West Winfield, N.Y. While she was able, she enjoyed golf, bowling, bridge, but most of all, time with her family and her time spent at their cottage on Skaneateles Lake.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday at 12 Noon at the Barber Memorial Home, Inc., 428 Main Street, Johnson City. The Rev. Christine Day, Rector of the All Saints Episcopal Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday at 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the Barber Memorial Home. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
