Juanita Elwood Obituary
of Whitney PointJuanita A. Elwood, 81, of Whitney Point, went to be with the Lord peacefully on Wednesday, November 26, 2003, at Lourdes Hospice Center. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Charles Elwood; three daughters, Patricia Molyneaux, Endicott, Cheryl (Ralph) Canniff, Lisle, Susan (Robert) Simpson, McDonough; six grandchildren, James (Nicole) Molyneaux, Joshua Molyneaux, Clint (Jodie) Simpson, Ralph (Brenda) Canniff, Bobbi Jo (Jim) Hand, Chrisa (Robert) Dunham; two sisters; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Juanita was a member of the Willet Senior Center.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 29, 2003, at 12 noon from the Christian Fellowship Church, Lisle. Rev. L. Russell Ward will be officiating. Burial will be in South Street Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 12 noon. Donations in Juanita's memory may be made to the Lourdes Hospice Program, 169 Riverside Dr., Binghamton N.Y. 13905. Arrangements are by the Nichols Funeral Home, Whitney Point.
