Lorraine Laskaris Obituary

Lorraine Laskaris
of Binghamton
Lorraine Laskaris, 57, passed away at her home on Saturday, November 3, 2007. She was predeceased by her father, Louis Lanko. She is survived by her husband, Mickey Laskaris; son, Nicholas Laskaris, Endicott; granddaughter, Gabriella Laskaris; her mother, Bertha Lanko; a sister, Linda Moring; and two brothers, Louis and Rudy Lanko, all of Johnson City; also several cousins, aunts and uncles. Lorraine was a 30 year employee of the AT&T Co. and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers.
Funeral and interment services will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 E. Main St., Endicott. Deacon Dale Crotsley will officiate. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the service time at 2 p.m.

Lorraine was one of my favorite cousins and I have fond memories of our childhood together, especially summer days at Lake O'Meadows back in the 50's.She was lots of fun to be with. Our prayers are with all of you.
