I haven't seen Pollie for at past 35 years. Never the less, the memory of her stays fresh in my mind. She had a warm smile and infectious sense of humor. Kind hearted and giving. She was easy to like, and once you got to know her, easy to love. She will be missed by many.

Ever since I was a young girl, I LOVED spending time with both Aunt Pol and Unc. It was always fun to be with them. They were serious about serious things, and jovial about everything else. Aunt Pol was every bit a Lessun...slow to anger, kind, concerned, good natured, an excellent storyteller, and a good Christian example. She showed by many of the things she did how much her faith meant to her and her family. Many who knew her in the family would say "when I grow up I want to be like Aunt Pollie." She was a very positive influence in many people's lives and a pillar, not only to the congregation, but to our family. She and Unc and Aunt Irene are the heart of our family. They are like parents to us, thus this loss is so great and is very hard to express.
She was a capable wife in every respect, and a genuinely fine person, and an example worth following.
Aunt Pol....even "Charlene" could not hold a candle to you! I pray we won't have to miss you long....

when we were little, my brothers and sisters would run to the car as Unk and Aunt Pollie pulled in the driveway, to see who would get to hug them first. I found as my own children did the same thing , not giving them a chance to get out of the car. Often when we went to functions with them the car was swarmed with people as we got there. It is all normal for them to have them have that happen no matter where they travel. I really cant wait for that to happen when we see Aunt Pollie again. I want to be first. See you there. In Paradise. Love you all Unk, Aunt Irene xoxo

Aunt Polly was an Aunt to all she met. Never excited about anything, always had a kind word and loved all her family including the extended one. She holds a special place in my heart and will be greatly missed. Love to all.

I always enjoyed going to work with Tayla. The whole family was so welcoming and the house was always filled with lots of laughter. Although she will be missed, everyone who knew Pollie will have fond memories of a wonderful woman.

Aunt Pollie was so lovable. She loved Jehovah and that's what made her so appealing. I loved camping with her and hearing her stories about the "Lessun" family. She gave the best hugs, I can't wait to feel that hug again SOON!!!

It is hard to find the words to say when we lose someone we love but we do have the hope of seeing them in the new system. She is sleeping now like my mom and even though it has been three years for mom it seems like yesterday. I have known the family all my life and the first time I ever went to Disney World I went with Hayden, Polly, Maureen and several other witnesses. I traveled alot with mom but that was my first trip without my family and they made it one that I would remember the rest of this system since it has already been 33 years since that trip. My prayers and thoughts are with the family. I will be going to the service in Syracuse but will hopefully see you at the District Convention next week. Love you all.

We want to send our condolences to Hayden,Maureen,Tayla and Aunt Irene. Pollie was very special to Don and myself as she was the first person who contacted us on Warners Road with the truth and even though we saw each other rarely, mostly at conventions & assemblies,Pollie always held a special place in our hearts! Remember, Jehovah will bring such a faithful lady back in the resurrection in the new earth. Please know our hearts and prayers are with you at this grievous time! Seeing a loved one remain faithful to the end gives all of who loved her confidence that we will see her again in Jehovah's Kingdom. My best childhood memories include Pollie and her family, I'm sure that all who knew her feel the same way.

I have such beautiful memories of Aunt Pollie, her smile was so wonderful , you felt her love for you thru that smile. Some of my best childhood memories are of the house on Black lake. Aunt Pollie could make a full meal in an hour, a delicous meal at that. She was elegant and gentle. She was someone easily admired, someone I wanted to be like. Pollie gave so much to others, her faith was so strong.
The gift God gives is everlasting life by Christ Jesus our Lord.(Romans 6:23) Much love Aunt Pollie, Jeanne
