Robert V. DiBenedetto
of Binghamton
Robert V. DiBenedetto, passed away Friday, December 31, 2004. He was born February 5, 1938 in Hornell, N.Y. He was predeceased by his parents, Marino and Margaret DiBenedetto; his sisters, Mary Panaro and Ann DiStephano; brothers, Geno and Benny DiBenedetto; brother-in-law, Leonard Panaro; and nephew, Jack Panaro. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Francis (Frank) and Teresa DiBenedetto, Binghamton; nephews, Frank DiBenedetto, Binghamton, and Thomas DiBenedetto, Va., Lenny and Rino Panaro, Endwell; niece, Marge Pascucci, Binghamton; several great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass which will be offered Friday, January 7, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, corner of Court and Fayette Sts., Binghamton. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at St. Mary's Church on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Expressions of sympathy in Bobby's memory may be made to St. Mary's Church, 37 Fayette St., Binghamton, N.Y. 13901, or to Danielle House, 160 Riverside Dr., Binghamton, N.Y. 13905. The family wishes to thank the staff, nurses and aids who cared for Bobby many years. A special heartfelt thanks to Pat Griffin who, along with her late husband, Joe Griffin, were always there for him. They gave him comfort, love, and will always be remembered for their kindness and special friendships.
