Adriane Insogna Obituary

INSOGNA, Adriane Michelle Passed away November 1, 2004. She was born on December 30, 1977 to Arlene Allen and Tony Insogna. Adriane attended local schools in Calistoga, graduating from Calistoga High School in 1996. She went on to complete her bachelor's degree in civil engineering at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 2001. After graduation, she resettled in Napa where she worked at Napa Sanitation District as an assistant engineer. Adriane had a love for the communities in which she lived. She was a student athlete and long time Girl Scout in Calistoga. While in San Luis Obispo, Adriane actively participated in intramural sports, she was a Girl Scout troop leader, an officer in the Society for Civil Engineers and she helped design and build concrete canoes entered in competitions. In Napa, Adriane played volleyball, softball and volunteered for numerous charitable activities. Adriane is survived by her mother Arlene Allen of Calistoga; father and stepmother, Tony and Kay Insogna of Copperas Cove, Texas; and siblings, Lexie, Allison and Michael Insogna. She is also survived by her grandmothers, Arlene Allison of Austin, Texas, and Margarete Insogna of Copperas Cove, Texas; uncles; aunts; nephews; and many loving cousins. Memorial Contributions may be made to "If Given a Chance" Foundation, 3264 Villa Lane, Napa, CA, 94558.
