Jan was preceded in her death by her parents, Roy Anderson and Valery Claar and her sisters Nancy & Diane. She is survived by her Husband Yigal, Sons David & Nathan, and Granddaughters Lily, Charlotte and Genevieve.
Donations can be made in Jan's name to Lumina Hospice in Corvallis.
