John Leddy DUENAS

Born April 10, 1934 in Agana, Guam, passed away on April 6, 2014 after a valiant fight with cancer. He was a member of the American Legion Post 21 and V.F.W. Post 1205. John is survived by his loving wife Charlene Duenas; loving brother-in-law, Ronald L. Graff (Yama); five children, Tom Duenas (Ruth), Dolores Duenas (Allen), Johnny Duenas, Robert Duenas and David Duenas (Tammy); five grandchildren, Linda Duenas (A.J.), Rebecca Jones, Jessica Duenas, Jennifer Duenas and Bryan Duenas; one great-grandchild, Donovan Garcia; first wife Joanne Duenas who is also the mother of his children; brothers, Peter Duenas (Judy), Luis Duenas (Marie), Alvin Leddy, Joseph Leddy & James Leddy; sisters, Elsie Peck, Maria Calvo and Winnie Camacho; and many loving friends, nieces, nephews and his special friend of 14 years Kirra Link. We all loved John for his never ending kindness and love of family. He will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to be made to Hospice by the Bay, 190 W. Napa St., Sonoma, CA 95476 or to your favorite charity. Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 14, 2014 at 10:30 at PLEASANT HILLS MEMORIAL PARK, 1700 Pleasant Hill Rd., Sebastopol.
