I sincerely miss my Uncle Joe. His incredible laugh and outstanding generosity will only be surpassed by the infinite number of memories he left behind with me and my cousins, aunts and uncles. He always had a way of making everyone feel at home and although he is gone, the many memories of the good times we shared will remain with all of us forever. I'll miss you a lot Uncle Joe. To the entire Grech family Joe was like an Uncle to me for many years. I have so many memories of him and the Grech family's. I will always remember the beautiful smile he had and the jokes he gave. Rosalie my heart and prayers are there for you and the family. Joe was one of a kind and for that I will always be grateful I met him.
